XTROVAC 100 - Troubleshooting

THE MOTOR DOES NOT START


Please check the following steps to solve the issue.


If the vacuum can normally charge, it shows the red light and then the green light when is connected to the USB charger, then the problem could be that the impeller is blocked.

To unblock the impeller, turn the power switch to ON position, then with a small tool, reach the impeller and spin it manually. you can get to the impeller from the outlets in the side. (see picture)

Repeat about 3-4 times, the movement should be restored.


In case there is hair tangled in the impeller, remove the 2 screws that hold the clear tube, detach the section and clean the impeller.
